How to change the encoding for the response from the server in RestKit for ios?

UTF8 encoding is set as standard, you need win1251, you can correct it in the framework itself, but I'm afraid the changes will fly away with a possible subsequent update of the framework via cocoapods, and I would like to know a more humane method
