How to change the directory where modules are stored?

When you enter any command, it says that there are no files in this category C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Shared\Python37_64\python.exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Shared\Python37_64\python.exe: No module named pyinstaller

All modules are in a completely different folder
