https://nino-cafe.ru/standup/ the site uses the CF7 form for booking, in the mobile version the Date field is not full width and the default placeholder for the DATE field is not visible

Please help solve the problem

Hello, for this, I think you yourself know what media queries
are. So, I think you have already set classes for all blocks (including Date)
Refer to them either in the style.css file of your theme
Or in some plugin to add custom code
And just write down in media query max-width: 100%;
