How to change the content of the right top button menu in Unity (Ubuntu)?

To be more precise, in Ubuntu 14.04. There is something superfluous, but there is something that I would like to add. Or is it "hardwired" into Unity and you can't do without (re)recompilation?

You can only delete Vaynovsky garbage, everything else cannot be edited.
But this is true for ordinary users.
A more advanced user would not ask such questions, which means you don’t need it. :)
