Interested in changing the color of the displayed monitoring dashboard'a zabbix after receiving a comment on the problem.
I will give an example: 1. There is a dashboard
that displays the statuses of checks Ok (green) / Warning (yellow) / Problem (red)
going into details).
3. There are specialists responsible for monitoring who analyze emerging problems / errors. In case of performing any actions on the problem, they unsubscribe to Acknowledge. Sample message: "Everything is OK, we are waiting for payment by 15:00, regular procedure" In this case, we continue to glow Warning (yellow) / Problem (red) colors.
It is interesting that after the receipt of a comment (Acknowledge), the color changes from yellow / red, for example, to blue, thereby it is clear that the problem is being dealt with / there are some comments on it.

What's the point of changing the color? After all, the problem is not eliminated, it is simply dealt with!
