How to change the bit depth of the system with minimal losses?

Given: computer with wine 7 x32 pirate; win7 license max.
TK: Install x64 system with minimal loss of x32 settings
Prompt software for this; is there any way to save the registry?

virtualization: I advise VMware.
1. VMware converter - create an image of an old x32 machine. you can install locally, you can make an image remotely over the grid.
2. VMware player - install on a new x64 machine and run the image from the previous paragraph.
both programs are free

There is no easy way to upgrade from x32 to x64. There is too much difference in the branches of the registry, including, because the registry cannot be transferred to a stupid or even separate branches from applications. There is a Windows Easy Transfer utility, but it only helps to transfer users and their data.
