How to change the Action of the control buttons to the grid?

In the grid, where the control buttons are small for viewing, deleting, etc., I want to change the link for deleting. To use another Action , (Standard Delete is enabled)

ActionColumn has a buttons property . Here, with the help of this property, you can change the actions of the buttons.
