How to change text on Django website buttons?

Good afternoon!
I'm trying to change the inscription on the buttons of the site, however, all attempts failed - the strength to end / motivation to strive for 0 / ideas how to do this also ended.
1) tried to find the file by the phrase on the button "models" django.po
changing and uploading the edited file failed!

Maybe the cache needs to be cleared somewhere, or I'm changing something in the wrong place.
I would be grateful for any help!

FREEMEN222 most likely you just haven't reloaded the site.

All that is output is for templates. That is, take a look at the templates folders, you will find the output there, and change it there. Although there is a chance that the conclusion is made through JS, as well as through the template and parameter =) (but this is perverted)
