How to change svg background in css?

Sorry, just today asked the same question, there I found the answer.
Right now I checked svg and there is just a copy of my question

SVG has no background, objects have fill (fill). And you set the background to the element in which the SVG is located.
PS: Or you can have a polygon for the entire size of the SVG, which will “lie behind”, but still it will have a fill to fill.
