How to change settings on the Cisco 7911G without access to the web interface?

Colleagues, tell me please.
There is a Cisco 7911G device, on it, at one time, they set up a SIP account for a local Asterisk, after which they installed it and forgot it. Now the devices are being replaced with more sophisticated ones (previously the device was in the call center, now it is necessary to rearrange it to another person with his internal one).
The essence of the issue: the same account was configured on the new devices as on the old ones (the old ones are disabled). What is the best way to reconfigure phones, provided that the web interface on the phones is turned off?
I am not a connoisseur of IP telephony, as well as Asterisk (I am just starting to study and get a little lost in the abundance of CUCMa features (which unfortunately do not exist) and Aster).
Tell me how, or configure it again, without resetting to default and re-uploading the firmware via TFTP, or a painless way to upload the firmware from scratch (as I understand it, a) not any firmware will fit a specific device b) not any will work with an asterisk) .
PS. Is the web interface enabled by default on the phone? (I couldn't find it on the internet, maybe I didn't search well).

There is no web muzzle there, that is, yes, of course it is, but it is only informative, it displays the connection parameters and the status of the TA. Then either SSH or TFTP.
Kukma (CUCM), of course, the web interface and ease of setup beckons, but the required server parameters and the volume of these very buttons will confuse more than help :)
TFTP is difficult from the outside, but in fact it can’t be easier.
The only crap that needs to be solved is the config. If you need to change only the login and password, then the config should be made only with a header and a section for changing the login and password, just leave the rest of the keys untouched.
Configs are uploaded separately, without firmware (it is possible with firmware, of course), in the phone settings you specify IP tftp and send it to restart, you don’t need to drop anything, because this will reset the keys, and the config will need to be uploaded completely, but on 7911G (SIP jar firmware) is dancing with a tambourine :)
