How to change SenderID in Amazon SNS?

Good day. Can you please tell me how to change SenderID in Amazon SNS?
I use boto3, but even when sending a message through the AWS console, the message does not come from the given SenderID, but from some "ExpertInfo"

This is not your problem, they have not resolved this issue globally, in Russia, parts of Europe and Asia, users of the service have a similar problem. Wait for AWS itself to decide over time.
