How to change resizeType in infoblock for detailed and preview images in Bitrix?

Hello!
As far as I understand, the infoblock uses resizeType BX_RESIZE_IMAGE_PROPORTIONAL when creating/changing announcement and detail images. Is it possible to change the resizeType to BX_RESIZE_IMAGE_EXACT in the infoblock settings when reducing the announcement image and the detailed image? If not, please tell me the solution, how it can be overridden.

As an option, disable all settings related to images in IB, and compress images as you need on OnBeforeIBlockElementAdd and OnBeforeIBlockElementUpdate
