How to change project template in MS Visual Studio 2013?

Created a new project template via the "File -> Export template" menu. You need to make sure that when creating a new project using this template, the source code file (.cpp) is created with the same name as the project. Now this file is named the same as it was called in the project, according to which the template was created. I changed the file ".vstemplate" in the necessary way, in the paragraph of the name of this source file I indicated - take the name of the project. But now - how do I apply this most recent, modified template? It seems that Visual Studio only stores copies of templates in the documents folder, while the real files that are used and visible from the menu are stored elsewhere. After restarting VS, nothing has changed.
By the way, in version 2012 there was a command in the "developer prompt": "devenv /installvstemplates" to install new templates, which is clear from the command itself. In the 2013 version, this command is gone.
How, then, do I now add this hand-edited template to the VS menu?

Why did she disappear? Everything is there and works great. Tested on own project installer.
