How to change prices on the fly in Bitrix?

Good afternoon!
There are two types of prices on the site, basic (retail) and wholesale. it is required, depending on the user, to make an extra charge to the base price, and the extra charge may be different for different categories. I made settings for users and sections, but it's not clear how to change prices. first I made an extra charge in the templates, the prices are displayed correctly, but it’s not clear what to do with the filter. and in general in the template it is not correct to do this probably. how can i change the prices?

Why not divide by user groups and link the price to the group? Create a group of wholesalers and add your users there.

The simplest solution (if the markup for all products is the same):
Make unique promotional codes and send them to those who have registered as a wholesaler. When placing an order for wholesalers, they will enter it in the basket
Cons: not suitable if the margins for different brands / categories are very different
