How to change postgresql port?

Good day, the problem is the following:
The postgresql server and pgadmin are running on the same port: 5432
Accordingly, when one is running, the other does not start
To start pgadmin, you need to stop postgresql and vice versa
And another problem arose
I don’t know how and why this happens , but pgadmin stubbornly does not accept the password from the admin panel,
I even reinstalled postgresql, created a new password, but the password still does not go, writes
Connection to the server has been lost
