How to change pictures in a multilingual application?

Need help with a decision or advice on studying, in text or video material. There is a multilingual application, translated into three languages, each of the translations must have its own images. To make it clearer what I need, I will give an example, for example, take an alphabet application and each of the alphabets should have its own images. Grateful for any help and information. I know how to make a text translation, but how do I change the images for each of the translations?

Just like strings. drawable-en/drawable-en/drawable-etc. Can be combined with dpi, etc.
