How to change panel color in VisualStudio Code?

Good day.
In the visual studio code program, foolishly pressed the Ctrl + K + F key combination and closed all projects, and in addition, the color of the bottom panel (where the encoding, language, etc. is indicated) changed from blue to purple. I would like to understand what exactly happened and how to change the color of the bottom panel (changing themes does not help).

You just closed the current folder (see keyboard shortcuts in the settings).
Open that folder again and everything is back (including the blue color of the bottom bar).
