How to change order status automatically in Woocommerce?

Hello, my order is in the status "waiting for payment", but in fact it was paid, I saw the money in the checkout, before the status of the order automatically changed to "in processing".
I updated the Yandex checkout to a new version and apparently flew off. Tell me how to fix? Most likely you need to change or add code to functions.php
