How to change master password in Linux mint?

I need to change the master password, which is requested when opening Chrome or Github for the first time, when I turn on the computer. This is not the user's password, which changes in Account details and is asked after sleep mode. The second one I know how to change both through the console and through the interface, but there is a problem with the first one.

This is not a user password
Well, uh ... this is the user's password, yes. But this is the user's old password. Chrome doesn't know that the password has changed since then. Try to remember what the password was at the time of system installation.
In theory, this is the so-called keychain password (keyring in English). After logging in, you need to unlock the keychain, and this is done transparently when the user's password matches the password of the keychain. But when the user's password was changed, the keychain password did not change.
The solution is somewhere here: https://www.google.com/search?q=change+keyring+password
PS The same is true, for example, for the Remmina RDP client, not only for Chromium.
