Hello, please tell me how to change the language of the WooCommerce admin panel. The entire admin panel is in Russian, and Woocommerce is in EN

Try to update the translations via Console -> Updates.
The Russian translation of Woocommerce should catch up.
If you need to change the admin panel language to EN, then go to the profile settings (upper right corner "Hello, username" -> Change profile) and select the English language.
