How to change how reCapcha works?

There is a form and there is a captcha, if you fill out the form but do not fill in the captcha, then you can still click on the submit button, is it possible to somehow make the submit button inactive until you fill in the captcha? At least how is it done here so that the recaptcha works without reloading the page!
