How to change HOMEPATH to English?

C:\Users\My PC\AppData\Local\Programs\Git\git-bash.exe
How can I change the HOMEPATH to an English path?
C:\Users\moy_pk\AppData\Local\Programs\Git\git-bash.exe

Create a user with a name in Latin letters. And continue to do so.
