How to change highlighting rules for CSS?

And not to manually correct some values, but to use the PostCSS highlighting rules in full?
Don't tell me to select PostCSS in the highlight dropdown, because I'm using this in a Vue file and it has Vue Components highlighting.
I need to teach Sublime how to use PostCSS settings for CSS.

Hmm, I did it through Open current with extention, it works for a separate .css file, but it doesn't work inside .vue. Fu, damn.
