Just create a new G+ page. The fact that there is already one with a corporate email does not matter.
Link the new page to the site and everything will be in order. Just look carefully which page to create - branded or local (depending on the business). Anyone can administer this page in the future (to whom access is given, of course). But the creator cannot be changed. So it's better not to create from a personal account.
