How to change footer/header in version 3.5.1?

Worked only with old versions of Joomla. I see that now there is a new architecture. I have the g5_hydrogen template installed.
I can't figure out where the main page template is and how to change the footer/header. I do not want to shovel the documentation. Tell me who knows
