How to change domain to beget?

Good afternoon! I had one site on the domain beget. I recently bought a simple domain not on the run. Now I want to transfer the site from the beget domain to a simple domain. I registered dns for a simple domain and put it in a domain account.
Now it's impossible to transfer the entire site from the beget domain to a simple domain.
Site on wordpress. Tried with the duplicator plugin but gives an error, php7 does not migrate to php5

I don't remember exactly, but I endured it very easily.
Have you already done a domain redirect to beget?
After the domain is redirected, go to "Site Management" and connect the new domain.
