How to change default PDF scale when opening?

Hello.
Task:
1) Reduce PDF scale by default (from 100% to 50%);
2) Save this change (so that the PDF will open further for everyone at a scale of 50%).
I tried the methods that I found in the search, but they do not roll. That changed the functionality of Acrobat Reader (options). No more zoom (as in older versions), Acrobat Reader requires registration.
QUESTION: Are there any other, more efficient ways? For example, online services (not yet found), etc. Thank you.
