How to change database location in MongoDB?

Hello. I installed monga on the C drive and forgot it for a couple of months, now the C drive is full, how can I change the location of the saved databases? it is desirable for the whole Monga and not just for specific programs, I have Windows 10, but I would like to know for Linux as well.
