How to change, customize woocommerce categories widget?

I’m just learning to develop a theme on Wordpress with the integration of the Woocommerce plugin, I googled that the output of widgets can be edited in the copied templates folder renamed to woocommerce, but inside I found a template only for the product widget. How can I change the display of categories in the standard woocommerce category widget?
