How to change channel icon?

Created a new channel. I did not change anything in the settings - that is. the icon there was standard (blue Google icon).
Uploaded and posted a video. Opened the video. Next to the video description is the default Google channel icon (which is obvious).

Found the icon for the channel.
My Channel -> Customize Channel View -> Branding -> Profile Photo. Specified an icon.
The icon has changed both in the profile and in the menu on the left (your channel), but when I open the video I see the standard blue default Google icon. But I changed it.
The channel icon, when opening the video, has not been updated for an hour. I opened the video in another browser (cache?) - similarly.

How to change channel icon?
