How to change branch to stage using job?

Task: create a job that will change branches on stage servers
There is a job that has 2 selection parameters:
- gitBranch (branch selection)
- webTarget (stage1-5 selection)

How do I pass a parameter / branch value on stage to change the branch to the selected one in the 1st form?
