How to change bootstrap version?

There is laravel version 5.7, how can i change bootstrap version from 4th to 3rd?? Which is loaded out of the box

I am not familiar with Laravel, but I can say for sure that classes were renamed in bootstrap 4 and 3, respectively, what worked on 4 may not work on 3
