How to change Bitrix catalog title tag?

The standard Bitrix catalog component displays category titles in the h1 tag id="pagetitle" (the same with the product detail page)
How to change the output so that instead of the h1 tag there is, for example, strong in the category title? I didn't find the header output in the catalog.section file
I want to manually set the h1 headers in the category description

Look for the component template, not the component file. Located:
1. /local/templates/[site template]/components/bitrix/catalog.section/[template name]/template.php
2. /local/templates/.default/components/bitrix/catalog.section/[name template]/template.php
3. /bitrix/templates/[site template]/components/bitrix/catalog.section/[template name]/template.php
4. /bitrix/templates/.default/components/bitrix/catalog. section/[template name]/template.php
If not customized, then copy the current component template to directory 1 or 2
