How to change Android data?

And so, I welcome everyone. I've been thinking about this for a long time and now the moment has come.
We all know very well that applications like "VK", "Insta", etc. collect too much data about us, for example, VK is following you so vehemently that it records the sequence of your actions. Yes - yes, when you went to the main page and then went to "Audio", for example, all this remains in the system.
After such a trifle, you stop being surprised that applications see absolutely everything about your device. Phone model number, poppy 1, poppy 2, SIM serial number, etc., up to which applications are installed on your smartphone.
Well, okay, in principle, all of the above is far from new, but the idea itself is as follows:
Is it possible to change all the data so that the smartphone is like from scratch?
I know there are programs that show what they see about the smartphone applications. Useful programs, but they do not show all the parameters by which applications can initiate you.
1. You need a program that gives out all the information about the smartphone.
2. It is necessary to somehow change this information, I suppose there are applications, but I did not find it.
Let's imagine that you have a rusty smartphone on which accounts are blocked in absolutely all social networks. Exactly when you log in through the app. I think changing the poppy will not help much, since not only it can be on the black list. Moreover, the essence of the experiment is to enter a social network with unique hardware from rust. That is, all the data would be white and not used by anyone.
Is this even possible?
What confuses me: When changing all the data, we change, for example, the MAC, but there are so many devices that it is difficult to predict the unique one. Let's say you changed the MAC and the next day some Nikolai bought a smartphone, violated all the rules, blocked it and at the same time it was with you, oops, you had 1 poppy address. Is that possible? Or is it my wild imagination?
