NOT through group editing, when all the properties of the selected elements are opened, namely in bulk.
preferably through the admin panel (maybe there is a module), and not poking around in the code, because I don't know much about Bitrix...

I answer myself: the marketplace.1c-bitrix.ru/solutions/cetacs.multiedit
module can do this, though it only edits properties, but prices, for example, cannot.
