How to catch the bitrix cart update event?

I am writing my own module. It has methods that should work on certain events:
1) Add an item to the cart
2) Update the item in the cart
3) Remove the item from the cart
4) Place an order
When adding to the cart, the OnBasketAdd Bitrix event is used.
When updating the basket, I decided to set the OnBasketUpdate event, but it only duplicates the OnBasketAdd event, and does not respond to resizing in the basket.
Tell me which event to subscribe to when the cart is updated
