How to catch npm errors (specifically npm start lite)?

Good afternoon!
I must admit right away that I am a beginner and, perhaps, a solution is on the surface.
I decided to test angular2 by creating an application based on angular2-quik-start.
I get this error (npm run lite) , but I don't understand how to fix it.
cat package.json
cat npm-debug.log
There are suspicions that it started after npm -g update
I would be grateful for any hints))
