How to catch errors in crm system?

There is a crm system on yii2. I'm testing one of the sections - everything works. I hand over the section in operation - they tell me that the data is not saved in 50% of cases. I turn off the validation on the back - they still don't save 50% of their data. They are located remotely and there is no way to understand what kind of magic they use. Please tell me what software can be used to log all post requests, consoles, etc. to catch this error.

You need to log at the web server level, not in PHP / YII2.
