How to catch an error loading special PDF files?

The loading is implemented almost like in the guide - www.yiiframework.com/doc-2.0/guide-input-file-uplo...
There are PDF files that do not want to be loaded, but the loading does not give any error.
Files open in any PDF viewer, not broken, but not uploaded to the site. If the file is saved with any PDF editor, it loads without problems.
Has anyone encountered this and in which direction to dig?

The issue was resolved, it was not in YII, but in the web server settings. For some reason, the max. size of uploaded files differed from that specified in the interface.
