How to capture video from goPro Hero 3 via HDMI in Ubuntu 13.04

Good afternoon, I have the following set of equipment:
GoPro Hero 3 camera
BlackMagic Intensity Pro capture card
micro-hdmi -> hdmi adapter
ubuntu 13.04
I receive a GoPro stream using the BlackMagic Media Express program. Now I need to convert this stream into a stream from a webcam in order to use it in a Flash application or at least in the same skype.
Please tell me which FREE libraries or software can be used to do this.
It is also possible to write a layer in C++.
