How to calm Yandex bot?

Good afternoon everyone!
In recent days, Yandex bot 3.0 with IP 77.88.5.* has become more active on the site, and so much so that the entire processor limit is used on the hosting. Never noticed this before. Can you please tell me what is the solution to this issue? I read about manually reducing the number of hits from the bot in Yandex webmaster, but how dangerous is this for indexing and what is the best parameter to set? Maybe there are other solutions?

bots will gobble up everything that is possible
if the site is small - feel free to limit it in the webmaster
