How to call ListView + RadioButtons on Android\iOS in WebView?

There is a page on which the visitor selects the necessary parameters, for example, a product. Then he clicks add to the cart, he first:
- a window pops up indicating the quantity
- he selected the quantity (in the beautiful-familiar Android / iOS list) of units, 1,2,3 and click add (on the same screen)
- and all this business will be added to the cart
.... and all of course this is on the WebView element
