How to call custom scripts in Chrome browser?

I use simple scripts that make clicks to play audio tracks on various sites. To do this, I copy a previously saved script and paste it into the browser console for further launch.
I would like to simplify this process with a browser extension. What would you advise? Is it possible to add/call userscripts from a list using Tampermonkey? Thank you!
