How to call a command on advanced yii2?

Good afternoon,
I have such a thing in the /frontend/commands folder where the command is
How can I run it from the console? I try

cd frontend && php ../yii controller/action
||
php yii controller/action

Tell me how you really need it?)
I switched from basic to advanced =>> so I think it might be worth putting the command into the console / console?

using cd go to the folder where yii is located, and then runphp yii controller/action
