How to calibrate laptop screen colors?

For a long time I worked on one laptop, and now, due to the breakdown of the first, I had to transfer to another.
The difference in color reproduction is very annoying.
Is there software for color calibration? Maybe you can take the color profile of the first laptop and apply it to the second?
In general, I need to match the colors of the second laptop as close as possible to the first one. Is it possible to do this?

Good day. Maybe. There are special calibrators for this. For example, "Datacolor Spyder X" or you can call someone who will do it at home, but in my wilderness it was cheaper to buy.
The color profile is configured for each matrix individually, there is practically no point in transferring. You can do it "by eye", but there is a high probability that it will be even worse. Many manufacturers have ready-made profiles.
