How to calculate the total amount of time spent in RDP/1C?

Good afternoon.
Is it possible to somehow calculate how long a person worked remotely via RDP for a certain period of time?
Or the same but in 1C? Sitting and folding all the sessions on the Windows\Security log is somehow not very pleasing...
In Excel, it's also impossible to process the Security log...
