Essence of the question: two cards are given for entry (value and suit). You need to calculate the probability of winning and a draw. I just can’t think of a general architecture for the algorithm, I would like to hear your advice.

All variants of combinations are known, you just need to calculate the probability of winning each well in advance, or just take a ready-made table, they are in all poker textbooks
