How to calculate the "ingredients" to get a specific RGB ( #01559b) color?

Good afternoon %username%
There was a difficult task to display a color (RGB) that at 80% transparency (CSS opasity) and when mixed with a white background will give a specific brand color #01559b
A task for a translucent block on the site when the page has just loaded and it has not been scrolled , the background for this block is white, and when the user starts scrolling under the block, a banner text enters, etc., and I would like to achieve a slight transparency of this block, but at the start this block should be colored in the branded color.
I will describe with this expression, where #xxxxxx is the desired text.
(#xxxxxx-20% opacity) + #ffffff = #01559b

Try adding the target="_parent" attribute to the link, this will force the link to follow. If the transition when driving into the address bar is carried out normally and correctly (which it should not, judging by your urls, since they are the same for the router), then most likely this is the point, and not the routes.
