How to calculate the fee depending on the country?
All users pay a % fee, which is charged upon receipt of funds, if the user specified a US address, then one fee is charged from him, if not the US, then another - since the same paypal charges different percentages. But here I am faced with the fact that users indicate the US address, but at the same time they pay with a foreign card, and it turns out that I pay a fee as for a foreign transfer, and when calculating the cost of delivery, I consider it as an order from the USA. I use woocommerce wordpress plugin, paypal and stripe payment systems. Has anyone else experienced this and how can this be taken into account?
