How to calculate the area of a territory knowing the resolution and pixel size?

I can’t figure out how to calculate how much area in meters a territory occupies if we know its resolution and pixel size.
11,000x16,000 and 1 pixel = 60 meters.
I can't think of anything, please help me.
UPD:
to make it clearer, let me explain
Resolution 11324 by 16640
Cell size: 60, 60
According to the accompanying file, Area (sq. km) 463 146.
I'm trying to understand how they calculated.

satellite image? I don’t know how it is, but from ordinary photographs this can only be done approximately, since there is a perspective.
1 pixel = 60 meters square?
Then you need to multiply the number of pixels by the area of each pixel. You can calculate the number of pixels in completely different ways, there was a similar task, but for a 2D graph, there I simply painted over the desired area with a certain color, saved it in bmp and, after exporting to matlab, simply integrated it.
